Ben Zimet is a yiddish singer.He took part in the frist storytelling festivals in France,elsewhere in Europe and in America.His Songs and Tales out of Yiddishland" were produced in tsome of the best-known Paris theaters(Theatre de la Ville,Bouffes du Nord,Olympia,Centre pompidou).He now works out of Dakar,Senegal,where he directs the Goree Storytelling and Spoken Word Festival.
