JOEY le SOLDAT is a Ouagadougou rapper (Burkina Faso) and member of the band WAGA 3000 with ART MELODY and DJ FORM. JOEY le SOLDAT carries on the fight of Burkinabe journalist Norbert Zongo, the director of the newspaper l'Indépendant (« the Independent ») and was savagely murdered on December 13th, 1998.
